Byron Bay residence

Lovelight recently selected window furnishings for this jaw-dropping custom residence in Byron Bay Hinterland. The design team was struck by the architectural consideration of a vast ocean view and tasteful interior comprising natural, exotic, minimal and high contrast colour notes.

Fitting with the refined architectural aesthetic, private location and definitive interior styling was blockout, translucent (light-filtering) and sheer roller blinds throughout the residence. Textured blockout roller blinds were installed in bedrooms to ensure a restful low light night environment and a magnificent daytime view of tropical foliage when lifted. Textured translucent blinds were selected for the lounge/theatre space, in colour and textural tones that balance with feature décor and wood-textured wallpaper. Motorised sheer roller blinds under an elongated pelmet were selected for the kitchen and dining areas to maintain a light- and view-filled space.

These amazing photographs by Steve Back accurately portray what is a stunning residence highlighted by considered interior design elements. A dream project in a dreamy location!
