Manor House

Venn Architects are known for their beautiful high-end contemporary homes – and Manor House is no exception. This home exudes style and timeless elegance.

A natural palette of timber, stone and white walls is punctuated by dark coloured furniture and finishes. There is a classic combination of materials, with contrasting textures and tones that definitely make a statement. And all of this is made even better by the amount of natural light coming into the home. The expansive glazing throughout creates a connection between indoor and outdoor spaces – a Venn Architects’ signature – and is of course adorned with Lovelight products. These not only work aesthetically, but are another essential element of the design composition of the project.

The living areas have a combination of S-Fold curtains and minimal roller blinds. While the curtains add softness to the space, the roller blinds match the contemporary aesthetic set by Venn. It is particularly interesting to note the fabric choice for the curtains from Charles Parsons Interiors – Joe. It is a fabric that has natural look and texture, complementing the material palette chosen for the home perfectly. The silver colour also complements the rest of the home’s minimal colour scheme.
